By clicking "Send" on the foot of the "Book a pick-up & delivery" form, you are entering into a contract with MAIL Carriers / Total Legal Ltd for pick-up and delivery and will be invoiced in accordance with our current charges as defined on the Services page or as agreed with our representatives.  Payment of the invoice rendered is due within 30 days of issue and will be subject to VAT at the current rate.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.  If the service ordered is not available, you will be notified by e-mail and you will have the option either to wait until the service is available or to cancel your order.

Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the service from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time.
